Question.
Let's say an Australian tours __ subway in Seoul and asks how she could get to 경복궁 station. You are currently at City Hall station. Please explain to the tourist how she can get there.


Answer.
It's pretty easily get there from here, but you'll have to transfer once. Take the green line headed for 을지로3가 station. Make sure not to take the train going to 충정로 since _that's the_ oppisite direction. Anyway take the train and get off at 을지로3가. There you'll have to tranfer to the orange line. Don't get out the exit. Just follow the orange sign and you'll be fine. Get on a train headed north for 구파발 or 대화, not 수서 station. 경복궁 station is 3 stops away from here. It shouldn't be too hard, but don't be afraid ask someone if you have any trouble.

Answer.

There're so many ways the internet has improved our lives. I think that the biggest improvement is that the internet has enabled us to find information instantly at our fingertips. Indeed, online search _has_ have become a huge part of how we get information. E-mail and instant messaging have also innovated the way we communicated with one another. Meanwhile, the internet has also made shopping so much easier. With a click of mouse, you can now buy almost everything online. We can also download songs, movies and video clips from the internet. Other advancement that occured in our lives are on-line banking and stock trading. With these services we can manage our money or trade stocks on our computers at home.

high school days.


Question.
Can you describe your high school days?


Answer.

As most Koreans what agree high school in Korea is all about studying to get into a prestigious university. It was pretty much the same for me. I had to wake up 6:30 in the morning to get ready for school. I walked to school which was about 20 minutes away on foot. I normally arrived at school by 8 o'clock. In the morning I used to have 4 classes. Lunch started at 12:40 and the afternoon classes begin at half past 1. We normally had 4 classes in the afternoon. After regular classes, we took makeup classes until 6 o'clock. When school is over, many of us headed to cram schools and took a extra courses until late at night.

Can you give a description of Kimchi?


Answer.
Kimchi is the national dish of Korea. And many Koreans have sense of _PRIDE in Kimchi. In a nut so Kimchi is a cabbage those pickled in salt water and spicy pepper among other things. And then it is fermented for varing times in apart. Koreans eat it almost every meal. You can be served really fresh or really riped. It all depends on one's personal taste. Kimchi can be made from a number of other vegetables as well. I think for some foreigners Kimchi may be an acquire taste when I'm _sure_ grow on you after you while though. Before you know it, you may even miss it.

I'm not gonna sugar-coated, she's looking pretty bad. I took her to the vet we go to and vet said Lulu might even need sugery. I need you.. get back to me as soon as you can to tell me what you want to do. I don't want you to cut your vacation short, but this is a bit more than I can handle. Lulu seems to miss you a lot, too. I just hope that all were turn up well.

Answer.
I have a laptop computer that I used to do many things. For instance, for work I write documents, prepare presentations, draw a _grass?_ and of course send e-mails. So every time I have to go on a business trip the first thing I pack is my computer. For personal purposes I use my laptop to shop online, chat with friends, edit pictures and listen to music or watch movies. As I take all of my pictures with my digital camera I store all of my pictures on my computer. Some I _left top?_ is also my photo album. Every since I bought my laptop there hasn't been a single day I don't use it.

Can you tell us about a memorable incident that happened on a rainy day?


Answer.
I remember this one day when I was walking out of the subway station. To my surprise, it was raining very hard. As I didn't have an umbrella with me, I waited at the enterance for the rain to stop. Suddenly, a gentleman came up to me and told me that he would share his umbrella with me. I was relieved as thus I was about to be late if I waited any a little longer. Thanks to him, I was able to make it to work on time. I really felt good about the man who help me out that day in the rain. Ever since then, whenever it rains, I always look around to see whether there's anybody who needs help.

We all have some school experience.
Have you ever describe your school or campus today?


Question.
Can you describe the school you go to?


Answer.
I'm a student in an at a university in Seoul with a pretty large student population.
Most of the campus is situated on the side of the mountain, so there's a big of uphill walked to my classes every morning.
The building is you spend span most of your time in depends on your major. But sometimes you have to walk across campus for elective courses.
The library is at the center of the campus, and the student center is inside the same building.
There's also a large outdoor athletic's field next to the administration building.
There's a new dormitory on its his way in a few month, so we're all looking forward to that to.

1. My parents and I live in at a 3-bed and 2-bath apartment in a suburb outside of Seoul.
 
 - 3 bed = 3 bedrooms


2. My folks use the largest room as the master bedroom, my room is the next largest.

3. My dad turned the extra room into an office.

 - turn - into - : 변형시키다. 변형하다


3-1. I don't usually use it, but it's my mom's _sanctuary_ when she needs a little time away from at it all.


4. Our livingroom is quite spacious, and it gets a lot of natural light.


4-1. My parents recently splurged on a new home theater system, some so I like to hang around in the livingroom watching DVD. Our kitchen connected to the livingroom.

Many people visit the doctor because of the flu, but since I rarely catch a cold I do not see the doctor that often.

 - the flu  ex: I have the flu.
 - go to the hospital (큰 증세로 병원간다는 느낌),
       -> visit the doctor, go to the doctor, see the doctor (see a doctor)

        cf. seeing a doctor (지금 만나는 사람이 의사야)


2. I do get a physical once every year __.

 - check up = physical  정기검진, 신체검사


3. at those regular chek-ups, I go through several routine check.

4. I have my blood and urine sample checked, and also my blood pressure measured.


5. There was _this_ one time a few years ago when I had a terrible stomach ache.


5-1. In fact, I couldn't give a walk because it hurts so much so I had to call the ambulance.

5-3. Fortunately, it was nothing serious. It was just something (that) I had eaten wrong.
